Kaustav is the founder and CEO of the firm. He has been the creative consultant for few of India's renowned web series and ads. The Addictionary has been his baby since he was in college. In 2016 he resigned from his dream job to build a brand of his own and do what he has always wanted to. In 2021 he left Mumbai in pursuit of his so called Magnum Opus & since then he has been operating remotely. His motto is to utilize his entrepreneurial spirit & develop a business model that resolves film financing hurdles for independent filmmakers. Kudos to his aspiratiions! As of now Kaustav operates from Kolkata, while Gaurav holds the fort in Mumbai.

Swapnajit or Swapna has been an integral part of our small team. As his name suggests, he is a Dream-winner and is now on his journey to do what he calls "bigger" things. Our team remembers him and his foibles through this segment on our website.
Gourab Banerjee
Executive Producer
Gourab a.k.a Babai is the one who makes this firm work. He holds our fort in Mumbai. His superpower is getting things done any way possible. Recently he was the executive producer of Cannes Grand Prix winner All We Imagine as Light.
The Addictionary works with a motlew crew of professionals and our dynamic team is what makes our work stand out. To name all of our champions will make this list a long one and our website designer is too lazy to put in that effort. So a big shoutout to team Addictionary!
